What is 11thAndCampten?

11thAndCampTen is a graphic design, digital art, and web development service. This website houses my portfolio.

I wANT TO MAKE an order. What do I do?

From the main menu, visit the ORDER page. Complete the provided form by entering your contact information, order type, and order description. Attach any reference images/files and submit your order. I will personally confirm receipt of your order via your preferred method of contact and we will discuss your price quote and other details from there. 

How much do you charge?

Every order starts at $75.00 USD. Prices vary by project based on time spent and the complexity of the work. After submitting an order, you will receive a price quote during our preliminary discussion before the work begins. Each revision cycle after the first two drafts will cost an additional 10% of the quoted price. A revision cycle is defined as any requested alteration that requires redrawing or significant redesigning. This does not include color changes, font changes, resizing, or repositioning, all of which are free.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover cards are accepted at time of job completion. Payment is submitted through an invoice that is delivered to the client email address. Invoices are currently powered by Square, Inc. You do not need to have a Square account in order to make a payment. 

What is the client responsible for after placing an order?

The project will be wholly discussed with the client from the start. You are welcome to provide any samples, color swatches, and ideas you may have. You will review and approve or reject drafts until the completion of the order.

How will I receive my final product?

Electronic files without a watermark will be sent to you through email in any file format requested after payment has been received.

If I want something you do not advertise, can you still do it?

I will fulfill your request to the best of my ability. Alternatively, I have several affiliates and would be happy to direct you to them if somehow you do not get what you need here.

If I want my art printed, how can that be done?

I do not currently print any products; however, I can refer you to the quickest and most affordable professional online printing resources based on the kind of product we create.
